I thought long and hard about whether or not to write this review, but I felt it was important to share our experience to give other families some perspective. Yesterday, I brought my brother in for a consultation with Dr. Guo regarding a wisdom tooth extraction. His lower left wisdom tooth is partially erupted, and while he recently had some swelling, it was completely under control thanks to antibiotics. From the moment Dr. Guo walked in, the vibe was incredibly cold. He did not seem like he wanted to see us, and I honestly don't even remember if he bothered to say hello. I was sitting right there in the room, and he didn't acknowledge my presence whatsoever. While that in itself isn't the biggest deal, his bedside manner didn't improve from there. He quickly circled a treatment plan and insisted that my brother needed all four wisdom teeth extracted under deep sedation. The front office and billing experience was just as frustrating. The assistant brought in all the surgical consent forms and pushed us to sign them immediately. I explicitly told her that we wanted to see the treatment plan cost breakdown before signing any legal consent. Instead of understanding, she kept pressu

We were extremely pleased with their ability to see us quickly and address our needs in a timely and professional manner. The staff is terrific and the doctor was wonderful with our son. We'd seek their care again if needed and would recommend to others.

My husband had 4 teeth removed and prepped for implants. Dr Guo was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and helpful every step of the process.

Lesley was extremely helpful and got me checked in quickly, at first I was worried about the cost but Jeff was able to assuage my fears and explained my options. Dr Guo was very gentle and made it clear that he actually cares about each and every one of his patients. His assistants Tatiana and Tamra were both clearly competent and on top of everything.

βI brought my son in to get his wisdom teeth out. While the initial appointment seemed to go well, the lady who checked us in needs to work on her communication and the tone she uses with patients. It wasn't enough that I would have left a review, though. βMy main issue is that I scheduled a follow-up for 4:30 p.m. about a week later to ensure everything was healing properly. Two days before, I received a text message stating that I could either come in earlier or I would have to reschedule for a different day. I called the next day to clarify, and they said my appointment needed to be rescheduled because there was too much time between the appointment before mine and our 4:30 slot. βI took a day off from work for the extractions, but I donβt have unlimited personal days and cannot always take time off, which is why I specifically requested that time when the appointment was made. I find it very unprofessional to be forced to reschedule simply because the original time is now inconvenient for the doctor's office. This is not a company I would do business with again.
